Danubius Radio show live from the circuit

On the eve of the Budapest City Challenge, "Danubius Pir" the very popular breakfast show on Danubius Radio, was broadcast live from the Hungaroring. A temporary studio was set up in the pit box of the Vitafone Maserati team, from where presenters Balazs Sebestyen, Ferenc Rakoczi and Janos Vadon hosted the show from 6 till 10 in the morning.

A very special incentive was available for listeners to the popular show: a few lucky winners were drawn from the 1,000 people that had sent an SMS. The winners were taken for a high-speed passenger ride on the track with the official City Challenge VIP Race Shuttle, a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup S. Sitting alongside professional race driver Frank Kechele, they got a first-hand experience of the thrilling circuit. The wide smiles on the faces of the lucky winners as they climbed out of the car made it clear how much they had enjoyed themselves!

During the weekend, more passenger rides will be raffled on Danubius Radio, so it is worth listening to the station even more!
